General
Information:
Diamonds purchased/agreed to be purchased or
confirmed, cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Invoice will be raised only in the name in which
diamonds are confirmed for purchase/requested for consignment by
the client.
Remittance should be made from the same company on
which the invoice is raised.
The person Shall be responsible for reimbursing
the cost of the damages caused to the diamond/s while viewing in
Venus Jewel premises.
Goods invoiced after 7 days of confirmation will
be charged at 9% p.a.
Payment
Incentive System:
An incentive @ 9% p.a. and interest @ 9% p.a. will
be given or charged for early / delay payment respectively. This is
subject to change without any prior intimation.
The above amount, if applicable will be
incorporated in your next invoice by way of charge or credit.
Update:
Clients are required to inform Venus Jewel of any
changes in details of your Know Your Customer (KYC) form details;
like name, address, structure, directorships, beneficial ownership
or any other relevant information within 30days from the date of
such changes.
Disclaimer:
Venus Jewel does not guarantee that the grading
results of the diamond sold necessarily matches with those of any
of the external laboratories.

The prices are always mentioned as 'per carat

All local / overseas bank charges are borne by the
remitter (please tick column no. 71A of Remittance Form of your
bank, if applicable.

exported after 7 days of confirming purchases. This is subject to

Barring free shipment limited to specific
destinations and flights, a charge is applicable for all other
destinations and flights. For more information please contact your
designated sales executive.

sent on consignment:
Goods sent on International consignment (Memo)
basis are based upon the terms decided by Venus Jewel from time to
time. Our respective Sales executive will explain you the terms.
Once the Diamond leaves Venus Jewel Premises, any
loss or damages caused to the diamond is borne by the buyer /
consignee.
As soon as Venus Jewel has received an Advance
Payment for Diamond/Diamonds in which are shipped to you for
inspection; Venus Jewel has the right to deduct any charges caused
by damages to the diamond, bank charges, and/or any currency rate
changes or charges that are occurred.
